SAP Business One offers several user type licenses based on the typical functionality that each user or enterprise require on their day-to-day processing. The SAP Business One users are divided into “SAP B1 Professional” and “SAP B1 Limited”.

Additional SAP Licenses Require as per Business Needs

Indirect User License (on Premise) – Named User authorized to access Software Solution Provider (SSP) solutions only. An SAP Business One Indirect Access User does not have authorisation right to any functions (forms) in SAP Business One itself. Each user can access an unlimited number of SSP solutions. Connections can be created through the DI-API and the Service Layer. A separate license is required for connections through the Integration Framework of SAP Business One.

Indirect User License (on Cloud) – Indirect Access User is a Named User that can access Software Solution Provider (SSP) solutions only. An Indirect Access User does not have authorisation right to any functions (forms) in SAP Business One itself. Each user can access unlimited numbers of SSP solutions

Intercompany Integration Solution (on Premise) -The Intercompany Integration Solution for SAP Business One software may include certain third party open source and/or other components. Partner needs to take into consideration the Additional License Principles for the Intercompany Integration Solution for SAP Business One set out in the SAP Pricing & Licensing Principles when licensing the Intercompany Integration Solution for SAP Business One to End Users. The Named User license requirements apply also to the Use of the Intercompany Integration Solution for SAP Business One. Partner shall inform End Users accordingly. Prerequisite: One Professional User or one Limited User required for each option licensed. When this option is selected, all Professional and Limited users must also be licensed

Intercompany Integration Solution (on Cloud) -The Integration Framework of SAP Business One is the integration platform for SAP Business One. The predefined standard integration scenarios delivered by SAP and the required instances (systems) can be used without additional license fee.

  • The Integration Framework of SAP Business One supports different standard scenarios such as:
  • Integration from SAP Business One to SAP and Non-SAP systems
  • Integration from SAP Business One to the Business Network as a Service for SME On Demand
  • Integration scenarios delivered with the Intercompany Integration Solution for SAP Business One
  • The right to run integration scenarios developed by partners or customers with instances (systems) in the system landscape directory of the Integration Framework of SAP Business One can be acquired for an additional fee per instance (system).

DI Server (CPU License) (on Premise) – The DI-Server enables business partners to develop SOAP-based solutions to read, write, update, and remove data objects on the database level. It provides a suitable infrastructure for server-oriented partner solutions. The DI-Server license is installed per DI- server and CPU, not as a Named User

DI Server (CPU License) (on Cloud) – The DI-Server enables business partners to develop SOAP-based solutions to read, write, update, and remove data objects on the database level. It provides a suitable infrastructure for server-oriented partner solutions. The DI-Server is a license per Core on a CPU, not as a Named User. The core count is defined by the number of cores available in the Operating System used by the DI-Server or the Service layer. Note, the underlying core can be a physical, logical or virtual. Connections can be created through the DI-Server and the Service Layer. A separate license is required for connections through the DI-API and Integration Framework of SAP Business One.

    The License charges Include SAP AMC charges. License Lock – in period 3 years (per user). Hosting Charges are extra as applicable.

  • SAP Business One on Premise- HANA

    20% SAP AMC will be Applicable, which will be helpful to download new updates, features and patch levels. Hosting charges are extra as applicable for Cloud Solution.

  • SAP Business One On Cloud – HANA

    The License charges Include SAP AMC charges. License Lock – in period 3 years (per user). Hosting Charges are extra as applicable.
